The mission of our organization each year is to recognize the hard work and accomplishments of IHSA swimmers, divers, and coaches while also working to develop a strong coaching network that consists of some of the finest swimming and diving coaches in Illinois.

Included in your membership fee is:

-       ISDA Newsletter

-       Access to the annual coaches roundtable discussion in May. 

-       Access to end of the season voting for award winners (coaches of the year, athlete of the year, etc.)

o   Your vote is only tallied if you are a current member.

-       Support for our annual recognition of over 500 swimmers, divers, and coaches

o   Perhaps the most important: A lot of hard work, time, and cost goes into recognizing all of these performances and we need your help and financial support.

Each year the ISDA hosts an All-State banquet.  This year's banquet will be on Sunday April 16th, 2023 at the Bolingbrook Golf Club.  This is a great opportunity to recognize the top 12 athletes in each event at the IHSA State meet as well as recognize the sport’s “Coaches of the Year”, “Diving Coach of the year”,  and the Hall of Fame awards.
